About us

Careers at AmeriHealth Administrators

Our company culture

Personal growth

We want all our associates to feel they can grow both personally and professionally. That's why we offer our associates access to educational resources, in-person and online courses, and tuition reimbursement.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

We are people with purpose. And that purpose is to help shape the future of health care. We can't do that without diverse perspectives, experiences, and people. That's why we're passionate about attracting top talent as diverse as the communities we serve and supporting them through associate groups and activities.

Health and well-being

Improving people's health and wellness is our top priority — including those within our own hallways. We offer associates an associate wellness program with seminars, weekly news, and incentives. We also have an onsite fitness center and many other health resources.

Community involvement

As both an organization and as individuals, AmeriHealth Administrators is committed to making a difference that goes well beyond the health care industry. Our associate volunteers are constantly finding new ways to give back to the community.

Integrity

We like to think of ourselves as champions of change. We are committed to challenging the status quo in our industry and the standards we hold ourselves to. We strive to create an atmosphere that empowers associates to put the customer first, act with integrity, and affect positive change in the workplace.
