Susan L. Sendlewski As Vice President of Marketing & Sales at AmeriHealth Administrators, Susan Sendlewski leads an integrated sales organization including new business sales, account retention, marketing operations and services. Ms. Sendlewski and her team are responsible for developing the strategic plan to deliver on the company goal to expand AmeriHealth Administrators products and services to the national market. Her scope of responsibilities includes oversight of self-funded employer group health programs, student health and expatriate plans, and the business process outsourcing and co-marketing segments. Ms. Sendlewski has extensive experience managing sales and account management operations in the health benefits industry. In her progressive career with the Independence Blue Cross (IBC) Family of Companies she held various leadership roles since 1992. Before joining AmeriHealth Administrators in 2011, she most recently served as Vice President of Sales for IBC where she was responsible for new business acquisition for national accounts. In addition, Ms. Sendlewski was instrumental in launching new products, including IBC's national third party administrator, which grew to over 100,000 plan members in under 3 years. Ms. Sendlewski attended the University of Maryland and serves on the Board of Directors of Family Services of Montgomery County. She also serves as a member of the Consortium Health Plans National Account Management Advisory Board. |
