Michael Robak Michael Robak is the vice president of information technology at AmeriHealth Administrators where he is responsible for all IT services. In this position, Mr. Robak leads the efforts to deliver innovative solutions that foster continued growth of the organization and enhance the service we offer our customers. Under his direction, the department works to continuously cultivate our proprietary applications and technical operations while managing administrative costs. Mr. Robak joined AmeriHealth Administrators in 2010 from Independence Blue Cross (IBC) where he most recently held the position of Sr. Director, operations solutions and support. At IBC he achieved a successful track record in progressively managing, developing, and implementing operational enhancements to improve systems while reducing operational costs. Previously, Mr. Robak served in several IT management positions at GHR Systems, a leading provider of lending technology and support services, where he directed the implementation of technical support processes, procedures, and systems. Over the course of his career, his knowledge and experience have allowed him to deliver innovative technological solutions that elevate operational performance and provide best-in-class service to customers. Mr. Robak received both a Bachelor of Science degree in information systems and a Masters of Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s University. |
